Fall semester is here, soon, and I'm getting more anxious now...it's only 2 more weeks away. I got my grades back from my summer semester and they were...well not as good as I'd hope. I got an A- for my animation class but a D for my online VFX history class which I think is bull because I got mostly B's for my quizzes. What I think that pulled my grade down was probably attendance and discussions. I probably didn't log in on the right dates or something and my discussions may not have been enough for the teacher. That's the down side of online classes; the teacher never expressed to me why I received that grade and never did he give me feedback on my discussions. "Hey Alan, you need a to put in a bit more effort on your discussions." I'm not asking to be babysat but in a on campus class, you'd definitely get comments like that, right? I've sent him 1 email regarding a question on a quiz that I think I got right but was docked a point, no response. I'm taking another online class this Fall, I'll read more about the directions for attendance and see if that would help my grades. If not I'll probably won't take another online class because it jus isn't for me. It may work out for others but not me.
I'll be taking Modeling: Hard Surfaces, Figure modeling, Anatomy for artist (drawing) and some Graduate Study class (Liberal). So 4 classes total.
